It extends CloudNetSim++ by incorporating hierarchical job scheduling, green energy integration, and better server consolidation. The framework maximizes the utilization of green energy and reduces carbon footprints while maintaining operational efficiency. It also optimizes resource allocation based on network load to prevent hotspots in data centers. Applications include cloud computing environments focused on sustainability and cost-efficiency.
