These complexes demonstrate high cellular uptake, efficient DNA binding, and enhanced cytotoxicity against cisplatin-resistant cancer cell lines, outperforming traditional drugs like cisplatin and oxaliplatin. Applications include anti-cancer therapies with simultaneous visualization of cellular distribution and structural changes. Preclinical studies show significant tumor inhibition with low toxicity in animal models.
