A pollution monitoring system developed at IIT Delhi integrates multiple sensors to measure air pollution levels. It includes a power control unit, a microcontroller, and an air purification unit that activates based on pollution data. A GPS module tracks the system’s location, enabling real-time monitoring. The system efficiently purifies air and can be deployed in urban environments, indoor spaces, HVAC systems, semiconductor fabrication facilities, and cleanrooms. Its energy-efficient design offers a simplified alternative to existing solutions.
