The Mobile Urban Solid Waste Collector is a novel solution designed to address inefficiencies in urban solid waste collection and management. It incorporates mobile units and tools tailored for diverse surfaces like streets, grassy areas, and water bodies, and may include built-in processing facilities such as segregation, shredding, and dewatering. Applications span urban public spaces, coastline cleanup, and neglected dumping areas, improving waste collection efficiency and urban cleanliness. Currently at TRL 1, the technology has completed preliminary studies on existing systems and is aimed at enhancing cost-effective waste management for cities and municipalities. This innovative approach holds significant commercial potential in addressing solid waste handling challenges in expanding urban areas.
